4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, sizing, colors, materials, and other information accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, brightness, and display settings.

Minor measurement differences may also occur.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable product.

6. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Where the website expressly states that a displayed price includes applicable taxes, the displayed amount will be treated accordingly. Where tax law requires taxes to be calculated separately based on the customer’s delivery location, applicable taxes may instead be shown during checkout before the customer confirms payment.

Any total payable will be presented before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors where permitted by law.

We do not intentionally impose undisclosed mandatory charges.

Payments may be securely processed through Shopify Payments and other payment methods made available through the store.

Submitting an order authorizes the applicable payment processor to process the amount displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order where applicable law allows acceptance to occur later.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

11. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Standard shipping is free.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible returns within this period qualify for free return shipping when the authorized return process is followed.
